Date: Jan. 26

Opponent: Sacramento Adventist

Location: Sacramento Adventist

Final score: 60-71, Sacramento Adventist victory

Halftime score: 19-32

Leading scorers: Juniors Cole Johnson (28) and Reggie Fan (15)

Inside info from Johnson: “We lost because we made too many mistakes as a team, handing the game over. Last game we played like we wanted to win more than the other team. Tonight that wasn’t the case. However, we fought till the end, never giving up.”

Inside info from coach David Ancrum: “Even though we handled the pressure well in the second half of the game, we had too many turnovers that contributed to the loss.”

Players of the game: Freshman Aaron Graves and junior Harkirat Lally rebounded well and did a really good job of boxing out, according to Ancrum.
