Opponent: Div. I Pinnacle High School (3-6)
Location: Cathedral City High School in Cathedral City, Calif. (near Palm Springs)

Coach’s comment: “(Pinnacle) played well. We just had problems rebounding” – David Ancrum

Inside info from sophomore player Bryce Longoria: “We just allowed the other team too many offensive rebounds. The starters got tired.”
Injuries: Johnson (bruised hip bone) and McCain (bruised ribs) played with injuries.

Unavailable players: Junior Adam Dean (sprained ankle)
Next game: Dec. 29 at 5 p.m. against El Camino High School or Bountiful High School at Rancho Mirage High School in Rancho Mirage, Calif.
