The boys’ varsity basketball team had a landslide victory, 79-23, against Cristo Rey on Jan. 9.
The team was ahead for the entire game.
The boys worked together more closely than before and were able to pass the ball around, according to freshman Jayce McCain.
“We tried to get everybody involved,” he said.
Freshman Rick Barros III agreed.
“We really worked well as a team today,” he said.
The boys’ next game is at home against Sacramento Adventist on Monday, Jan. 12 at 7:30 p.m.
