The boys’ soccer team defeated Paradise Adventist Cougars, 3-1, on Paradise’s field, Sept. 9.
Seniors Eric Hilton and Patrick Talamantes and junior Ethan Ham each scored a goal. Talamantes headed a ball into Paradise’s goal.
“The game was relatively easy, but we learned that we need to use space better next time,” freshman Austin Talamantes said.
The victory brought the Cavs’ record to 2-0.
The team faces Victory Christian at Cherry Island on Tuesday, Sept. 10, at 4 p.m.
